“Leave us alone.”

“No! Stay,” I snarled at Mateo and Zane to stop them from moving. Finally, Vance let me go and stormed outside. I wondered where he’s going and decided to chase him but Zane held my wrist, holding me back.

“Just let him be, princess,” he said. “He fucked up.”

I didn’t really want to argue with anyone so I just nodded and let him guide me back on the bed.

I’m still hurting.

I look
