When Vespera turned to check on Elara again, she saw her fidgeting nervously, looking like she wished the ground would swallow her up.

She gave her shoulder a reassuring pat and whispered, "Don't be nervous. Just sit down and keep eating."

With that, Vespera slipped over to the next table and took a seat.

"Waiter," Vespera called out. "I'd like to order."
