I tried my best to prevent them from entering the pack as soon as Deon informed me that Zaire was here with Freya.

There was a part of me that made me feel she was coming because of the medical records, but I believed that if Freya had dug into it, the doctor would have informed me as I had promised to protect him when he refused the money.

How could I have known that Freya would
