After the other groups finished picking their supplies, Dane and Tessa were the last ones left. All they got were salt, black pepper, and a lighter.

They both looked pretty desperate as they asked Gideon, "How are we supposed to cook with this?"

Gideon said flatly, "Build your own stove and start a fire right here."

The other three groups were already busy getting dinner ready, full of energy.
