The club was empty of any witnesses by now. The only ones here were me, Sadie, Torin, and his royal guards.

If they killed us, nobody would know.

Torin took a visibly deep breath, he took a step closer so I took one back but I immediately hit the doorframe and though he scared the shit out of me, I still forced my chin to stay up.

“Such a strong girl,” his calm voice put me on edge. He circled h
