Mallory clearly crushing on Reid came as something of a shock. She had never mentioned to me that she liked Reid, or had any issues with my dating him.

But there was no denying the look in her eyes as they spoke, as she watched him.

This might have been more than a crush, with how enamored she seemed. She might have even been in love with him.

Did Bryce know that? If he did, why woul
