The Only Way Out

~SIENNA POV~

It has been a week since the shopping trip. A week of silence. A week of suffocating in luxury.

I haven't stepped foot outside the front door. Not once. The candy-apple red sports car sits in the driveway like a bloodstain on the pavement, and somewhere on the grounds, Pietro is waiting.

I know he's there. I can feel the value of his life resting in my hands, heavy and terrifying.
