I knew Alessia was jealous. She needed reassurance after Carmine's stunt and overhearing Viviane. And I was going to give her all the reassurance she needed because I did not want her to think I was just marrying her for her body. What I felt for her was deeper and stronger, even if I had not confessed it to her yet.

I had no plans of taking a mistress or being with another woman. If
