I stepped out of the bathroom wrapped in my robe, still towel-drying my hair, and froze.

Laid out on the bed was a champagne gold gown that shimmered in the soft bedroom light, with slender spaghetti straps and a plunging neckline that would leave little to the imagination.

Next to it was a set of lingerie, a sheer lace bra, matching panties, a garter belt, silk stockings, and sus
