Levi doesn't give me time to ask what he means. He gets out and opens my door. One arm slides beneath my knees, the other around my back, and suddenly I am being lifted out of the passenger seat.

A startled sound escapes my lips. "Levi!”

He kicks the car door shut and carries me around to the passenger side of the back seat.

"What are you doing?"
