Once the door clicked shut, Magnus slammed his hand against the desk. Both Laurent and I jumped.

He turned to Laurent, towering over him. "You don't speak about Cora in that manner." He jabbed a finger in Laurent's direction. "Her body is not yours to ogle and pick apart. And she's not one of your fucking models. You will respect her and treat her with dignity. Is that understood?"
