Brynn’s POV

“The shower room is locked, too?” I asked nervously, biting my lip.

Being trapped inside a giant hockey arena with only emergency lights on felt quite insane. The rink suddenly looked much bigger tonight.

“Yeah,” Kaelen muttered, running his fingers through his damp hair. “It slipped my mind.”

I glanced around the dark arena again and suppressed a shiver.
