Lost to the Darkness

Sabine's pov......

I walked into the cave , it was dark and smelt like dust and blood.

I followed Caius's scent, to a part of the cave .

My fingers tightened around my blade as I moved deeper, my boots crunching over the loose gravel. Every step I took echoed too loudly.

The entrance light faded behind me until the shadows swallowed everything.

"Caius," I called.
