Unspoken Rivalry

As Sienna stepped out of the car at the diner, I followed close behind. If my presence bothered her, she didn’t acknowledge it. She didn’t even glance back, didn’t react, just ignored me completely. I stepped in right after her and my eyes immediately locked on Dex who was seated at a corner table, his phone in hand, a half-empty glass of wine in front of him.
