A Sweet Reward

Wyatt did not expect Sloane to witness such an awkward scene. He was instantly embarrassed.

"You've clearly done a good deed. Why are you still embarrassed?" Sloane teased him with a smile.

Sloane glanced at his wet clothes and added, "Your clothes are wet. Change out of them so that you don't catch a cold."

Wyatt touched his clothes and replied nonchalantly, "It's fine. It'll dry in a while."
