He wasn't lying; Vespera really did look like an angel.

"I trust you. Even if I didn't trust you, I would believe Vespera has what it takes," Dax said, reaching out to ruffle Orion's hair.

Orion quickly turned his head to dodge. "No one but Vespera gets to touch my head."

Dax froze for a moment, then laughed.

"I'm just curious how you suddenly got so close with someone. So it's only Vespera, huh?"
