I heard a shot ring out and then one of Roman’s men dropped dead.

Immediately, I turned around and to my relief, I saw a team of people with similar masks covering their lower faces, carrying guns.

Finally, I felt at ease and when I turned back around, I found Alpha Roman’s mouth downturned, glaring down at all of us.

“I see you’ve got yourself some backup.”

“I guess I’m not dumb after all.”
