I had taken a swift look at Alpha Diego and found that asshole smirking right at me with pride all over his face.

"I knew it," I grumbled within, distancing myself from the dining chamber in anger.

"All that talk was directed at me. He was passing a message, or more like a reminder," I groaned, feeling annoyed.

"I was hopin
