Awakening from the Shadows

I was not sure where I was, but it felt oddly like the forest…just darker. There were shadows and darkness all around me and I was trying to find my way out, as if I was trapped in a maze.

I thought I heard some rustling of leaves, but it was too dark to make out anything. The winds were blowing from almost everywhere, making it confusing for me to look ahead clearly.
