Clara discovered the situation when she went to pick Chloe up from the kindergarten in the afternoon.

She thought she would probably see Declan at the kindergarten. Clara had been pondering how to take Chloe away, but to her surprise, only Chloe came out.

Clara caught sight of Chloe, but there was no one else by her side.
