I hid.

Again.

At this point, it was becoming a personality trait.

I didn’t even think about it this time. The moment I spotted Tyler stepping closer to my axis, my body moved before my brain could argue. I slipped behind a parked car, crouching just enough to stay out of sight while still being able to see him clearly.

I just couldn’t deal with him.

Not after everything that had jus
