It wasn't that the Brotherhood of Brumal was bad—it just wasn't useful here. Out in the world, though, it would be amazing.

Even reducing either Attack Speed or Movement Speed was already strong. Cutting both by 20 percent? That was downright brutal.

Especially for warrior classes—they were already slow. Drop their speed by 20 percent and they were basically dead meat.

Monsters were no different.
