"Did you miss me?" I smiled as I watched Darius scoop Fletcher into his arms, lifting him into the air the way he always did whenever he got the chance.

Fletcher's laughter rang out as he dangled midair, kicking his legs while Darius played with him, the two of them passing the time as we waited for our food to be served.
