My mate accepted me, marked, and mated with me. As I drifted off to sleep, I couldn't shake the feeling of why I had delayed this moment for so long. I awoke to a sudden ray of light, finding my mate sleeping beside me, holding me close.

Strangely, I realized that my physical body remained on the bed while I stood beside it.

Confused, I tried to communicate with my wolf but couldn't.
