Jaxon never saw that look on Blair's face before. It was overbearing, arrogant, and full of pride, just like a schemer who had pulled off a trick and couldn't help but secretly gloat.

'How could this expression possibly appear on Blair?' Jaxon thought. 'No, no way. I must have been mistaken.'

Blair was the kindest person he had ever met. She always wore a friendly smile for everyone. She had even
