Phantom Exchange

Dante gasped for air, the air around him feeling as heavy as a boulder pressing down on his chest.

'I can't die,' Dante thought desperately. 'I've fought so hard to get this far. I even got my only brother killed. I can't just die like this.'

Maybe it was sheer determination that kept him going, but just as Dante felt like he was one step away from death, he finally found the medication on him.
