“I see you're all worked up,” Gideon remarked casually. “What's up? Do you have a plan in mind already?”

“No, no. I was just sharing my opinion regarding the matter,” Tobias hurriedly said as beads of cold sweat slid down his face. “Ms. Vance and I are too incompatible. There won't be any sparks between us.”
