Tessa had been furious, but after hearing that, she deflated like a balloon.

"Why do you think that Tara woman was so hostile toward you?" Tessa held Kendall's hand and asked with a frown.

Kendall's brows creased as she thought about it. Moments later, she commented, "It probably has something to do with Simon. He was all dressed up. Doesn't that signify they're on a date?"
