Blake felt irritated by Miles's tone.

"Aren't we friends? How can you be mad at me when you have no conclusive evidence that it was Roxy who did it?"

Blake was supportive of Miles pursuing Kendall. However, he was frustrated at Miles because he was accusing Roxy without solid proof, all for Kendall's sake.

Blake was his closest friend, and he hoped that, in addition to Miles's feelings for Kendall
