The week before Christmas was the week the alliance framework signatures came in.

Declan sent the Hastings execution on the nineteenth. Octavia sent the Moonshadow execution on the twentieth. Orson Mercer prepared the Wolfe execution and Kaelen signed it on the twenty-first, and Mercer filed the executed framework with the pack authority that afternoon.
