I found out through Cassian, who found out through Sylvia, who had been in Beatrix's trajectory when the elder Wolfe had decided that the security situation, the Prescott hearing, and the Ivana Sinclair intelligence operation constituted adequate grounds for invoking her right as former Luna to call an accelerated pack ceremony.
