SoulWave was founded by Lorelei with the help of Rowan.

Instead of building from scratch, they acquired a failing live-streaming platform, rebranded it as SoulWave, and relaunched it.

Lorelei went straight to Rowan and asked him for 35 million dollars to invest. The truth was, Rowan didn't have so much liquid capital on hand. But when he heard Lorelei wanted the money to start a business and prove
