The Iced Grape winery, formed by merging two buildings, was already taking shape after a day of renovations.

And the bakery next to the native residential block already had its ovens fired up. Sam, the bakery apprentice, was busy inside, utilizing the old-school brick ovens.

Everything was proceeding with perfec
