Recently, lots of survivors had gathered here. It wasn't just people from Oakhaven. Folks from nearby cities heard about the base and came as well.

The base accepted everyone. As long as IDs and family records were checked and no criminal history was found, people were allowed in.

Those who couldn't pay for housing handed over some supplies and stayed in shelters for the time being.
