Maya smiled and said, "No need. It was just an accident last night."

If it hadn't been for Eleanor hearing about the car accident from an old friend who had gotten wind of it through someone else, Maya and Desmond had planned to keep the incident from her.

"How can you say that? I can't have peace of mind if you're driving! What if there's another accident?" Eleanor fretted.

"I won't. Don't worry,
