The Arrangement

Desmond turned around and looked at Maya. He asked, "What are you going to do about this?"

Maya remained silent for a few seconds before slowly saying, "Like last time. Just pretend nothing happened."

Hearing this, a coldness flashed in Desmond's eyes as he stared at her intently and said, "Maya, I'm a businessman. I never make losing deals, and I've helped you twice now."

Maya replied, "What d
