Jared looked up at Kaelen, his expression grave. "The investigation isn't finished yet, but we've come to one conclusion. I reported both the night market incident and what happened last night to the police. Their findings suggest there may be two separate parties involved."

At these words, Kaelen's frown deepened. "Two separate parties?"

Jared replied softly, "Yes. There are two masterminds. They
