Clara turned at the sound and saw the pink box in Mia's hands. "These are some pastries Kaelen sent over. He thought they'd be quite tasty, so he wanted all of us to try them."

Clara approached Mia and opened the box, revealing the pastries inside. There were over thirty varieties, each exquisitely packaged.

She picked up a pastry and held it out to Mia with a warm smile. "Here, sweetie, try one."
