Caleb called out, "Gwen."

When Gwen heard his voice from behind her, she noticeably paused.

She didn't rush to speak and continued making coffee.

"Gwen?" Caleb approached slowly with a hint of apology in his eyes. "I'm sorry for disappearing without a word. It must have been hard on you, taking care of everything at home."
