I wasn’t going to make it.

It had been hours since Rowan and I were on the road, and more and more, I felt like I was burning up.

Rowan hasn’t said a single thing to me for a while. But I didn’t take it personally. I knew this was just hard for him.

My wolf told me that it was taking everything inside of him not to pull over and take me right here, right now… and the moon has just started.
