"They're coming here?" Rosalind's expression was one of shock, and I mirrored her initial reaction, although my feelings had shifted to annoyance.

"Do you think they're conspiring to annoy me?" I asked, placing my bag on the kitchen counter and voicing my complaint.

"I doubt it. The rogue king might just be intrigued by the fact that one of the rogues has achieved so much," she repli
