"Maeve come sit with us," Martha said the moment I had a plate full of food. She patted the empty seat beside her. I smiled as I walked towards her.

I set my plate down and took the seat Marty offered. I was seated at the head of the table, and I didn't really like it. I ended up moving my seat to the corner, closer to Marty.
