Genevieve was feeding the fish in the pond, but she looked distracted.

“Genevieve, are you troubled having not seen Torin for two days?”

Robert smiled at his daughter.

“Dad, what are you talking about? I have no wish to see him!” Genevieve retorted. She then mumbled to herself, “Stupid Torin! How can he not come and look for me just because I didn't?”

Robert chuckled and said nothing. He knew his
