Tessas POV

I woke up alone in my bed. A light was in the corner of the room, and I could see it was a female. I guess Vance had something to do. He must have left Brenda there to make sure I was alright. It was the only reason I could think why she was in my room. I stretched my arms, and it didn't hurt to stretch this time. Could that mean that I was healing? My legs smarted, though it takes a lo
