Kira’s POV:

That’s what the message said. What the hell?

Why did he suddenly message that, out of the blue? My head snapped towards the large glass window of the cafeteria, my eyes narrowing as I scanned the busy street outside.

Had his spies already informed him about this impromptu lunch meeting? He knew I was sitting next to a lawyer? I didn’t know why I was surprised though.

I sighed, forcing
