Kaelen had been gone on the inexplicable pack business for a couple days. After storming out on Caleb and I the other day, I knew that Kaelen was worried about the Ironhold Pack, and frustrated that he didn't share more about that with me.

I also knew I kept a lot from him as well, but that seemed different somehow. I had missed Kaelen; he hadn't come back even at
