Chapter 24- This Silence.

I had crossed the pack borders almost five minutes ago and had changed my pace to a slow jog- mostly because I was out of breath and my entire body had started aching. I couldn’t remember the last time I had actually ran like that or allowed my wolf to be free- technically, the wolf part wasn’t my fault, she was the one who chose to be dormant after we left the pack, not me.
