Declan's brows furrowed. "It's from Mercer Manor."

He answered it. "Hello?"

Giles's anxious voice came through. "Mr. Declan, you need to get to the hospital right away. Madam Mercer passed out."

Declan's expression turned grave instantly. "Alright, I'm coming."

Serena gritted her teeth. "You liar."

"My grandma is in the hospital. She passed out," Declan said, his tone serious as he looked at her.
