Is it true? Is The Langdon Group filing for bankruptcy?"

"Yes," I say. "The board removed Pierce this afternoon . They expect the bankruptcy filing to occur by Friday."

"So what about Pierce? Where is he?"

"I think he is at his attorney's office preparing for the SEC investigat
