I stared at the proposal in my hands in shock.

The clause was clear: Vaughn expected us to share a bedroom from here on out. I wasn’t sure what I expected when he called me up here, but it wasn’t this.

“No.” I handed the contract back to him. “I’m not sharing a bedroom with you. This makes no sense.”
